In the realm of flute music, I find my passion,
Yet, as a shishya (student), I remain forever incomplete.
Siddhi (perfection) seems a distant dream, a far-off goal,
I'm just a humble paramanuvu (learner), lost in the journey's fold.

Years of abhyasa (practice), yet I still lag behind,
My progress slow, my skills still unrefined.
The perfect raga (melody), the perfect laya (rhythm), still elude me,
A distant horizon, a dream yet to be set free, apno ti param (my inner self yearning for perfection).
